CERN. 30 years later
We are pleased to announce that TET Estel has become one of the first Estonian companies to win the tender of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
The tender includes the production and supply of Power Module units in the frame of the HiLumi project to create the first prototype of the Large Hadron Collider at high luminosity.
The delivery is scheduled for October 2022.
Our company has previously had a successful experience of cooperation with CERN. In 1990, we supplied stabilized current Power Modules to power the Large Hadron Collider, which proved to be the best in operation. Now, after 30 years, we are again ready to become a reliable partner and supplier of unique equipment that meets the highest standards.
In October 2021, a CERN delegation visited our plant as part of a visit to Estonia. According to CERN representatives, TET Estel is the company that meets all the requirements presented to equipment suppliers, which we confirmed by winning the tender.
By winning this project, we confirmed that the experience and capabilities of TET Estel are worthy of supplying our equipment to CERN.
